So I was with this dentist for years my insurance changed just as my dentist jess retired and they have said I don't have insurance and the receptionist there with the silver hair has got to be the rudest and argumentative person I have ever delt with in my life. I personally just because of her am looking for a new dentist. Hands down worst customer service ever

Decent dentist when I started going a few years back , however I’ve had a lot of work done that I’ve had to go elsewhere to get redone . Also have gotten phone calls asking about procedures that didn’t get done … I have had to go to a new dentist and start completely over on all the work . Advocate for yourself … they have been calling me about a bill for a filling that fell out 3 months after it was done.
I realize he is a well known dentist , but it shouldn’t be about how good your insurance is - it should be about what’s best and logical for the client & it should be our choice . HOWEVER they have been good for emergency appointments, if that’s what you are needing .

I was with Dr. Jess for 20+ years. The new owner, Schmitt is arrogant and ruined a great dentist office that Dr. Jess built. The receptionist is extremely rude, condescending, and needs to take several courses in customer service.

Dr Jess and staff are kind and skilled. They were able to get me in without being a patient (i was new to the area and had not found a dentist). They created a comfortable mouth for me within days. I went back for a cleaning and loved the dental hygienist who cleans teeth. Then I had a filling fixed, he found spots that needed sealing that other dentists ignored. Very grateful for Dr.
Jess's eye to detail. Prices are reasonable too. If you are adverse to dentists or have had a bad experience this is a good dentist for you. I highly recommend Dr Jess.
