I had a wonderful experience today! The receptionist was extremely pleasant, everyone was professional and took extra Covid protection seriously. The dentist was wonderful and very friendly. I was glad to have found this practice!!

Got a broken tooth bonded here which didn't even last a year. Instead of taking responsibility for the terrible work and re-doing the procedure like any reputable medical office would, they run a nice little scam. The dentist suggests to use a mouth guard which they sneak in the bill at $500.

Then when the bonding breaks because of the incompetent work, they say you didn't follow the suggestion of buying the $500 mouth guard which leaves you screwed and having to pay for the procedure again. They also bully you into paying out of pocket on the spot without submitting pre-authorizaiton to the insurance.

I have come this office over the past 6 plus years. Once Dr. Kumar left this practice the staff have gone COMPLETELY DOWN HILL (The girls up front are okay)!!! I have never felt so rushed during a dental visit. Dr. S. isn't the most friendliest lady either. Never even introduced herself as a new dentist to me. SADLY I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION ANY MORE!!!
