I had my teeth cleaned at the dentist office only to find he was no longer in network…and within days, I broke a tooth. Dr Schmidt fit me in quickly as she had a cancellation and fortunately was able to save the tooth. Fitted me for a crown at the same appointment.

I return when my crown is in - everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating. Just awesome service; could not have found a better place.

WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER. They keep sending bills addressed to me when I have never been a patient there and never received services. My husband has been there but we have never had the same insurance and they had all the information mixed up and incorrect. I had called at least 4 times to get it corrected, and yet they still send bills addressed to me, and then tell me on the phone "Oh it's been corrected". My husband paid over $1200 for a cleaning WITH INSURANCE, and they still want to charge him over $300 more.

Absolutely insane! I work in insurance and something just isn't right here. Terrible office. Go somewhere else. My husband won't be back.

Everyone there is so friendly and attentive. After having a tooth pulled I was having problem with the fit of the replacement false tooth. They were so helpful fitting me into their schedule and trying to adjust this to make it comfortable. Eventually a new one had to be made at no cost to me.

I believe this one is going to work. I’ve only had it for a few days but it is so much better than the first one. Thank you to all your staff. Jackie

Dr. Schmidt and the entire staff at Plaza Health Dentistry are the best! I initially had my appointment scheduled on December 2025 but they reached out to me and was able to see me earlier when they had an opening. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience. From reception, to the scans and xray of my teeth, the hygienist Sarah was also wonderful and I never felt uncomfortable during my entire stay at the clinic (it was very cold though!! 😂).

They setup a great treatment plan and explained everything thoroughly. They were also able to schedule me the following day for the fillings that needed to be done and I was out in 1 and half hour with 4 teeth filled perfectly and an extremely numb face 🤣 Highly recommended though as it has been an amazing experience far from my previous visits in my home country. Thank you all to the staff for taking care of me and can't wait to bring my husband soon for his teeth to be taken care of as well 💖
