Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve always had a fear of dentist. But my hygienist Lisa was so amazing and comforting, I didn’t feel a thing. Quick, painless and efficient. Dr Youssef was also amazing. Very kind and honest. You can tell he cares about your teeth and not your money. They are not money hungry like most dental places. 10/10

I've had many experiences with dental offices over the years. This was my second visit to the Platinum Dental Group, and I was not let down. Lisa, the hygienist, was once again thorough and comprehensive and an excellent communicator. Likewise, Dr.

Youssef was excellent, taking time from a busy schedule to explain things in a way that was easy to follow. I found the reception area to be welcoming. In short, I'd recommend this office without reservation.

I just had a routine cleaning visit and have very sensitive teeth. In the past, Due to the sensitivity, the hygienist has been kind and warmed up the water for their tools so that when they clean, the water Is more tolerable from the cleaning tool. Today I was situated in a different room where the hygienist said she could not offer that to me And as a result would have to use the scraping tools to do it by hand. I have also had my cleaning done by scraping tools in the past, and I did not see a problem With that And I agreed with that method. While she was cleaning, she kept saying that she wouldn’t be able to give me a good thorough cleaning since she could not use that water pick tool. Also, she kept getting at my gums and scraping them and hurting me from the tool, scraping my gums. After that happened several times and me being very Uncomfortable I asked if there was another hygienist In the office, To which she said no. Then I asked if the dentist could come and take a look.

The dentist (I think it was Yousef) looked at my teeth and said that it was because I had A lot of gum recession that was Causing my sensitivity. He then did some scrapes with the scraping tool as well, and said that he would go even deeper on the gums than the hygienist had done. He then said my teeth look good and started to walk away and I asked him if he was going to complete my cleaning. . He put on gloves again to complete the cleaning, but was very rough and just covered the front of my bottom teeth. I don’t feel that they gave me a full cleaning. . I have always had good visits to this office.

in the past and don’t like posting this review. This is the first time that I had such an experience and it was very disappointing and I felt very helpless. Now all my teeth feel even more sensitive and painful. When I first started with this office years ago, Dr Nijhawan used to be my dentist, and it was always a great experience. I felt cared for and very professional treatment. Watch who you book your appointment with. .
