My son visited the Great Barrington office and was provided with an appointment at the October in there office mind you it’s freakin JUNE He waited in line at 7 am for an emergency visit two weeks later in Pittsfield office , only to be scheduled for an appointment in two weeks or possibly even longer July . Despite the long wait and his escalating pain, he was not given immediate attention or relief, as the office claimed they did not have time for a procedure. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and raises concerns about potential billing practices aimed at maximizing state insurance reimbursements.

Unfortunately, my son was sent home without any relief or care, despite our compliance with all requests from the dental office. Communication with the office has been lacking, with minimal assistance and unanswered phone calls, leaving my son in ongoing pain and without proper treatment. SAVE MONEY AND GO TO REAL DENTIST IT WILL BE QUICKER THEN THESE UNCARING PEOPLE SMH!!!!!!

I just got a cleaning with Dr Miguel and it was so great! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your oral health. He makes you feel comfortable and checks on you to ensure you are doing ok during the cleaning. I know this office is hard to get in touch with at times but don’t give up! There are some good people working here.

The worst place for me. They cancelled 4xs for no excuse and said they left messages for me. I never got it. I went into the office to show my phone with no text and voicemails. Plain lied. I wish I had Dr.

Miguel and not the other woman dentist. I ended up going to Westen Mass Dental on East Mtn. Rd, Westfield. The best dentist and highly recommended over 40 years dealing with children and adults. ❤️🙏

Dr. Miguel and his assistant Shea are AMAZING! I have very bad anxiety with dentists but they made me feel relaxed and welcomed. They are so nice and helped me so much. I have never had such a sweet and caring experience in a dentist office before. I highly recommend. Thank you both very much!
