This place has changed my life. Having an on and off phobia of the dentist, committing to one, trusting them, and following through with treatments were the hardest parts of deciding which dentist. I had limited options with what my insurance covered but Pioneer Dental couldn’t have been a better fit for me. My mouth was in very bad shape when I had my first visit. Dr. Malik took a look at my teeth and saw the vision of what future I could have with the remaining teeth that I have left.

I witnessed the care and determination from the staff to make me feel the most comfortable. It is extremely important to feel brave and secure when seeing the dentist. Dr. Malik always hyped me up and kept me calm all while making sure I was in no pain. I have a long way to go with my dental journey but to be able to smile, talk, and even sing with teeth is an indescribable feeling. I can’t thank Dr.

Malik and pioneer dental enough for all the work they’ve done. Overall, I’m glad I entrusted Dr. Malik and her team to give me the greatest gift I could ever imagine… a smile. I look forward to my future visits and to progress my oral hygiene.

Dr. Malik and her diverse staff are excellent. They are friendly, caring, and welcoming. They treat their patients with dignity, regardless of what insurance they have. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. I trust Dr.

Malik and have all the confidence in her dental expertise. Bre, the hygienist/office manager, is extremely knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions. Cynthia, the receptionist, is always pleasant to interact with. All the dental assistants are great as well. I wish I would have found this clinic years earlier!

I had a great experience yesterday, 7-17-24. The front desk staff was professional and able to get me in same day!! My dental Hygentist did a good job and Doctor P. M. Was helpful with all questions and future dental concerns. Highly recommended! Thanks again, M.M.

Brian is the most disrespectful customer service representative I ever encountered. I had not been to this office in a very long time but when I called I was told I had a $50 balance from an appointment I do not even recall scheduling but, I told the rep at that time I would bring that amount no worries. I received several calls the day of my appointment that Dr. Malick was ill and I needed to rescheduled and I did. The day of my appointment I needed to reschedule and when I called I go the very rude Briann.

I politely said I need to reschedule my appointment, this rude female was like and what’s the reason? First of all I do NOT have to provide a reason as to why I need to reschedule. She in a very rude way, well $50 and hung up. I politely called back and told her where to shove that $50. It’s individuals like that need not to be in customer service. I wish I would pay this office now, send that to collections baby and IDGAF.

On top of that when my daughter who is now near 30 scheduled they had her, her son, my almost 40yr old and more on MY ACCOUNT. I promise we had not been there in over 10yrs. She tried to have them fix the account saying my mother is not responsible for us and we have not been here for years the rude Rep once again became aggressive and almost started an altercation. Dr. Malick is AWESOME FOR SURE but this lady OMG should find a new job that does not consist of any customer service
