I have only been there for the consolation, from the phone call forward my experience was hassle free. They were able to get me in within 24 hrs. They visited itself was very fast, had to fill out some information and medical background, basically yes and no. The visit itself was quick.
I will be going back in 6 days for my procedure, hopefully I don’t have to change anything. lol All in all the visit went easy, staff were all very nice.

Had a tooth removed after a failed extraction by my dentist, I called and was able to actually speak to someone and not an automated system or an answering machine. Got scheduled the next day, the building is clean and welcoming. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, they answered all of my questions immediately and were absolutely top notch. I had to be put under, I was nervous since it was the first time I've had it done but the people there made me feel comfortable.
My first experience here and I was treated so well, they set the bar very high. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.

I visited this office for a second opinion on a wisdom tooth today. The clinic is conveniently located with ample parking. Everybody was nice and helpful. Dr. Lin was kind and knowledgeable. He patiently provided all the information I needed. It was an efficient and pleasant experience.

I was more than pleased having my molar extraction done by Pinnacle Oral surgery. Dr Lin and all his staff were very nice and attentive.
