They were ok. I was a patient of Dr. Barr's for years, so I am trying to adjust to new people. The assistant was nice and very knowledgeable. I spent more time with her than Dr. Tom. For some reason I didn't like that. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
It was a pleasant experience. I just need to adjust to the change. I don't really have anything to complain about. I think they are good people. They are professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. I'll return. I'd recommend them.

Pikesville Family Dentistry is the best. You are greeted with a warm welcome. My hygienist Shanelle is just awesome. She makes me feel relaxed removing all my anxiety and nervousness. They all are great and really treat you like family. If you are looking for a dental office that offers Wonderful Care and Customer Service please consider "Pikesville Family Dentistry"

I would highly recommend Pikesville Family Dentistry to anyone new or established in the Baltimore-area who is looking for a professional and caring dental office. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt well received and welcomed in. I was very impressed by the level of attention that Alyssa at the front desk showed towards me, a new patient, to show me around the office.
Not only does the office use digital x-rays, but they also offer a digital mouth scanner that can be used in place of regular impressions, good riddance to gagging! Dr. Tom was thorough in his explanation of the treatment plan and the office coordinator Amber was extremely knowledgeable about pricing and scheduling. I have no doubt that anyone who comes to Pikesville Family Dentistry will be just as impressed with how this business is run!
