I would write an essay about how pleasant my experience was here if I had the space. I called on Thursday with a severely infected molar that needed a Root Canal. The receptionist was very sympathetic and got me in that same day. The office was very modern and every inch was pristinely clean. The front desk was very personable and friendly. Paige was the assistant for my procedure and I can’t say enough nice things about her.

She explained everything that we would or could be doing, giving me all possibilities so I wouldn’t be surprised. Dr. Malueg was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and included in the procedure- explaining what was going on. Now I don’t *want* to get another root canal in the future, but I know I would come back to this office, no hesitation. Thank you all again so much!

On Monday, 12/16/24, I made an appointment for a Root Canal with Piedmont Endodontics in High Point, NC. When I arrived at their office, I was greeted by the office staff who were very polite and after completing my information and only waiting approximately 10 to 15 minutes, I was taken back to have the root canal done. The root canal was done by Dr. Schweizer and his assistant Jessica. The worst part was the numbing of the tooth because my gum and tooth were really infected.

After the area was numb (from start to finish) there was no pain. Dr. Schweizer and Jessica made sure that I was comfortable and knew what was going on during the procedure and another plus, Great Music. I would highly recommend Piedmont Endodontics for any dental work.

The Root Canal went fine as expected but when I returned to the dentist office for a crown he said there isn't enough tooth to crown and it should have been pulled and a bridge put in so a root canal for nothing. I thought i was dealing with professionals that had my best interest in mind not just someone who wanted my insurance money.

First- I rarely write reviews, but after this experience, I intentionally came to the page so I could make sure I expressed my sincere gratitude for such a positive experience this week. All the horror stories I heard about having a Root Canal were meaningless after my experience at PE. Dr Morrow could not have been more kind & professional! He took his time to carefully do the procedure and explained what to expect at each step. Unfortunately I had a minor complication (not associated w/his work) and had to return a couple days later.

Again, Dr Morrow helped me understand exactly what was going on with my tooth. The hygienist, Sherry, was also very compassionate and friendly. This office makes you feel like you matter, not just “another patient”. 100% recommend!
