If I could put one star I would. I entered the office and stood back waiting to be acknowledged which did not take long at all. I gave the receptionist on the right my 11 year old daughter’s name and birthday. She began looking her up. In the midst of doing so I asked my daughter to grab my purse out the car for my wallet. My child exited and was re-entering the building as the 2nd receptionist on the left interjected in the 1st receptionists search for my daughters appointment. The 2nd receptionist (an overly tanned middle aged women with too tight scrubs with thinning balayage brunette hair) interjects and says “what’s your sons name”? I say my daughters name is…. . Her response was it was cancelled, let me see why it was cancelled and proceeds to the back to get the office manager. By this time I had stepped in front of the receptionist on the left and a Muslim lady and her child who both were fully garbed stepped up to be serviced by the 1st receptionist . Take note I’m a black American in regular clothing.
The rude receptionist comes back and asks if we are together although you can clearly see we are not. I’m standing there my daughter was just re-entering the building. Please note once you enter the building you are immediately at the front desk. The time it took my daughter to get to my car parked right out front and back into the building was less than 3 mins. The conversation filled with annoyance and disdain from the staff was evident and unwarranted. I hadn’t even had a chance to ask why it was cancelled before the office manager came into the reception area and my daughter re entered the building. At that time the very rude receptionist addresses my 11 year old child and says your appointment was cancelled you can move over there. Looking dead into my child’s face. I maneuver to the left side of the desk to get further informed on the reason for the cancellation from the office manager (an older middle aged woman with overly bleach blonde thinning short hair in a bob) I say “ I don’t know why my CHILD is being addressed, she’s a kid I am the adult. The overly tanned receptionist loudly says I’m not addressing her very loudly, rude, and aggressive. I almost forgot this was a business from the staffs demeanor.
The manager who shared it was cancelled due to insurance reasons was also very aggressive saying ”We tried to call you”. I had recently changed my number and didn’t think to give it to this doctors office. I stated very calmly “my child has two insurances, the second one is active”. The manager says well “we canceled it because Delta dental doesn’t cover it all”. I say “ I understand but what is the balance, I can cover it”. Annoyed the manager says well we would have to run it again and so on and then make you a new appointment. I was so disturbed by staffs behavior I was concerned to have my child even be serviced by them. How can a business that offers a service be so rude.

I have used Dr. Petrunich in the past with no issues. I would say it is basically painless . Him and his staff are all very professional and friendly.

I wanted to say thank you for taking such wonderful care of me during my implant surgery. I have been a dental assistant for over 30 years and I can read xrays and the placement of My implants were excellent ! This practice is amazing! They have a warm and inviting atmosphere, including friendly staff members. During my consult and the day of my procedure Dr. Petrunich took the time to fully listen to my questions and concerns and helped me to feel at ease prior to my surgery. He also understands having an active and healthy lifestyle and the importance of getting back to it.
After my surgery I left the office with a thoughtfully curated goodie bag, including a t-shirt. Additionally, the office is responsive and helpful when you call with questions. This practice is truly top notch and I would recommend them to everyone!
