There was one assistant I wanted to shout out specifically bc I just loved her and I can't think of her name! It may have been kiki? Sorry if I spelled it wrong!

Whoever the lady dentist is over there needs to get some experience. She's very rude also told me I needed 3 root canals 😡 and Said it's going to cost alot of money. . . wow. is that all she's about is MONEY. . . SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO DENTAL SCHOOL ALSO GET BETTER MANNERS WITH HER PATIENTS. . SHE REALLY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. .

Terrible receptionist and dentist. They ruined my back tooth with doing a half fill in and now it’s being blamed on me. Terrible customer service and The dentist talks to you like a child.

I haven’t been to this office in years because I am able to use veteran services, but it’s local so I suggested my fiancé go since she finally has insurance. (No office will give you an appointment unless you have insurance) Her experience was HORRIBLE. She knew she needed some special attention because it’s been a long time since going to the dentist. When the dentist came in her she asked “do you even own a toothbrush?” Completely mortified, because she does in fact brush her teeth twice daily, my fiancé left without getting a cleaning and came home in hysterics!! She embarrassed by the dentist who spoke about her issues in front of the entire front end / reception area.
And felt belittled when the dentist wrote her a note for a periodontists and spelled it out in big letters and spoke slowly as if she was an imbecile. No tact. No understanding of where my fiancé has come from. Judgey and degrading.
I’m so disappointed that this office has become what it has. Dr Blinky use to run an amazing practice and now I will tell every person that will listen not to give this office their business.
