The customer service over the phone has been terrible. These are the first people patients interact with, and when their tone is rude and unwelcoming, it really discourages you from wanting to visit. What’s even more frustrating is that lately, it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone.
I had to call other offices just to try to reach this location after leaving multiple voicemails with no response. After spending a month trying to get my child seen, I’ve decided it’s best to start fresh with a different practice.

Most of the staff sucks. I was expecting the best day of my life. Turned out one of the worst.who in there right mind would want only 6 front teeth when their back teeth was perfectly fine?!? This place sucks !!!!

Went to go get my wisdom teeth removed and I told them I needed more anesthesia five different times because of a previous surgery that I woke up in the middle of the surgery cause they didn’t give me enough anesthesia and I completely felt him messing around in my mouth so I told him I was like give me more or else I’m leaving completely under anesthesia. I’m talking to this guy.
Saying I want somebody who knows what they’re doing and he’s just completely arguing with me while I’m under seizure saying stuff like ima kid this and that well, if he knew what he was doing, I wouldn’t be wide awake after you give me anesthesia
