Waiting is so long without any communication. I was scheduled for a hard guard placement at 12:15pm , I waited in the waiting room for over an hour no communication, after a while I asked the front desk what was taking so long after that they took me to the back and I waited there for another 30 mins , with no communication. Placement for the guard does not take an hour .
This is unacceptable ! I respect their time and I feel like my time should also be respected.

The front desk receptionist Tina is always kind, warm and inviting. Melissa is a great dental hygienist, she is gentle and very personable. Dr. Gwen is very thorough, knowledgeable and goes beyond to make sure your teeth are taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Gwen and her staff to anyone.

The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Melissa, my hygienist, is wonderful. She is personable, and knowledgeable. She explains everything and helps answer all questions. Dr. Gwynn is amazing as well, always helpful and explains everything in detail so I leave feeling confident with any after care instructions.
