We only went for a consult and the experience was poor. We waited 45 minutes to be called back which is unacceptable. While sitting there, we noticed an engraved plaque on the wall that said something like, "You may wait a long time, but that's because we give all our patients the attention they need. " Really? Rather than working harder to create an efficient scheduling system, you order a plaque that announces your inadequacy? Not valuing the time of your patients is disappointing, our time matters too.

The experience deteriorated from there. The doctor was fine, but the digital x-rays sent by our dentist were not displayed on the screen, but rather reviewed on a low quality print out. After the doctor consult there was more waiting for someone to come in to talk about the specifics regarding the day before surgery. It had already been established we wouldn't schedule this for 4 months and I knew I didn't feel comfortable putting my daughter's care in their hands, so we left.

There are MANY other oral surgery centers on the main line and we will be investigating one of them.

I have never had a better dental experience than the one I had here. Dr. miller and his team were able to schedule me for my wisdom teeth extraction immediately with no complications.

The healing process was so quick and nearly totally painless. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for this service and I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for an exceptional oral surgery team.

I had scheduled an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed, but I was informed that the appointment needed to be rescheduled due to the surgeon’s availability. Later, when I called the office to reschedule, I was told that my appointment had not been canceled and was still active. They said they would double-check and contact me again if it turned out the appointment was actually canceled. However, I never received any follow-up call.

One week before the scheduled date, I received both an email and a text message confirming my appointment, so I assumed everything was still on track. But when I arrived at the office on the day of the procedure, I was told that my appointment had indeed been canceled and that I would need to reschedule. Even after I explained the whole situation, I was told they didn’t know who had taken my previous call or given me the conflicting information. As a result, I had no choice but to leave without receiving any treatment.

Because of clear miscommunication and lack of proper follow-up within the office, I ended up wasting an entire day that I had taken off from work specifically for this procedure. I was extremely frustrated by the disorganization and lack of accountability.

I've been here twice. The staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. I really get nervous when having a dental procedure. The Dentist are kind and make you comfortable from stat to finish. The needles don't hurt at all the way the administer them. I have recommended them to family, friends and colleagues.
