Our appointment was at 9 am. At 8:50 we show up and the door was locked-all lights out. I call their number and no answer. Odd but we waited. At 9:02 a woman pulls up and unlocks the door wearing a sweatshirt, looking half asleep, her hair not brushed. She doesn’t say anything to us- so I tell her we had an appointment at 9:00 am and I was about to take him to school because no one was there.

She didn’t apologize- she said “Well I live over an hour away”. Ok… then we go in and she turns on lights, tv, pinball machine- gets her computer on, just so unprofessional. At 9:15 a woman in scrubs walks in. At 9:40 I ask the front desk if we are going to be seen soon and she didn’t even turn around, just said they would take me back soon. Finally at 9:45ish the woman in scrubs comes and gets us to do xrays. I see the dentist walk in and he says traffic was very bad….

Ok so he was late too? The actual appointment was fine but no where for parents to sit- I had to stand the whole time. Dr. Sohi was nice and personable. Olga his assistant got a phone call in the middle of the appointment and she takes her phone out of her pocket and turns it off with her gloved finger then sticks her fingers back in my sons mouth- disgusting. I Will not be going back ever again!

My daughter has had a very good experience at the maineville office! The Dr and staff are very friendly and nice. My daughter had 2 teeth pulled and it went very well! She is normally nervous but the Dr made her feel at ease. I highly suggest going here.
