The experience was so smooth from check in to check out. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Frazer and dental hygienist Elise were amazing with my 4 year old. They made sure they made her feel comfortable first before continuing and I believe that makes the experience so much better. So glad we found our new dental home for my little one.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from one of your receptionists during a scheduled appointment for my child. While I’ve had positive experiences with your dental providers and assistants, the conduct and handling by the front desk staff during this visit was unacceptable and warrants immediate attention. My child’s appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM. On the same day, we also had a prior appointment in the same building for his vaccinations. At 11:38 AM, I sent a message to notify your office that we were walking over after getting his shots. I was then abruptly informed that there is a strict 10-minute grace period policy — something I had never been made aware of during booking or at any prior visit. When I asked for clarification and inquired where this policy was published (e.

g. , on your website or appointment confirmation materials), I was told hours later that it is, in fact, not written anywhere. Despite us being just a few doors down and ready to be seen, we were turned away with no effort to accommodate us. This was not only frustrating but incredibly disheartening, especially after traveling a considerable distance to make this appointment. To make matters worse, I later received a dismissive message implying that I was never going to make the appointment on time, which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. After voicing my concerns, I received no follow-up call, no apology, and no attempt to make things right. The lack of courtesy and disregard for our time was unacceptable.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and addressed. I would appreciate a direct response and, more importantly, steps taken to ensure other patients are not treated in this manner. Policies should be clearly communicated, and patients should be treated with respect and understanding — especially when situations arise that are well within reasonable explanation. We’ve been going to this dental office for years, and it’s been an outstanding experience every time. This is the only dentist my 5-year-old son has ever known, and they’ve always been incredibly gentle and great with kids. The team is efficient, professional, and friendly from scheduling to reminders to the actual appointments.

We’re always in and out smoothly, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

Dr. Frazier and the entire Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings team is exceptional! The front desk staff pleasantly greet patients as you enter. The hygienist was very gentle and kind. Dr. Frazier’s bedside manner is perfect for kiddos and parents.

You appreciate a great staff when you’ve had a bad experience as I did with a different doctor in a different office. I’m so grateful for the team and would highly recommend this office. My seven year old daughter has been a patient for almost two years and never complains. That speaks volumes for the team.
