Dentist and techs are great, front desk and scheduling are way off. The screen greeting and the constant text to confirm and fill same forms unprofessional. The change has forced us to find another dental office

Best Pediatric dentist! All the assistants and front desk very helpful, kind and excellent service. Yanisel was extremely kind, patient and made us feel like family. The other assistant as well she was very kind, personable, patient and provided great service. The first time we went there for cleanings Yanisel did the cleanings and was awesome! The dentist came and was knowledgeable and nice. We came back and saw Dr.

Arocha for extractions she was extremely knowledgeable and made my boys feel comfortable. She explained everything. To them and us. To me it was very impressive how she encouraged them and did her job very efficiently you can tell she is experienced. I took both of my twins to get cleanings and extractions and was very pleased and at ease with the the way the process was done the information given by the dentist every step of the way and the excellent care and attention to detail.

One of my boys tends to get nervous at the dentist and with her he was calm. The place is also clean and everyone is very professional. Very grateful that God led us to this dentist for our boys.

Working with this dental office is nightmare. They schedule appointments on any date and time and then blow up your phone with texts to tell you about the random appointment THEY scheduled without asking if it meets your schedule. Then, they CHANGE the appointments as well. Example: appointment is at 10:00am, next day you’ll get a text that the appointment is now at 12:00pm. Also, they won’t schedule things out because they never ‘know’ if there will be a doctor in until a few days before. It’s all very messy.

Let’s say you do ask for an apt for Friday, they’ll call you Thursday and say the doctor won’t be in so they have to reschedule. When you arrive to their office, there is a screen and some person in another location. They call you via phone and don’t actually speak to you in person. We have now left the practice to go with someone who has actual people in their office and allows you to schedule appointments when you would like & have guaranteed doctors.
