I had two visits to this place, the first cleaning and everything was fine, the second time they wouldn't let me be with my child, I assumed it was because he would get nervous, I just trusted the process, my 7 year old son left this place traumatized! Describing his experience in his own words; they were aggressive, mean to me, they yelled at me and looked angry and the procedure was very painful.

Dont Go I recently had the worst experience at Payne Family Dentistry. The receptionist at the front desk was unfriendly and unwelcoming. As a new patient and supporter of black-owned businesses, I was unaware of the clinic's policies, which were not clearly stated during my initial phone call.

I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone, not even animals. I see why the waiting room was empty. Payne Family Dentistry Throw your grandma couch away😉

I was next door at another business and decided to check out this dentist practice. The Open sign was visible but the door was locked. I saw a note on the door that stated to call the number listed for service. As I started to call, a woman cracked the door and asked if I had an appointment.

I told her that I didn't and I just wanted to speak with them about a cleaning, a possible implant, and making sure that my insurance was accepted with thim. She proceed to close the door back and stated that I needed to call the number on the door for what I needed. Very unprofessional! NEVER will this be on my list of dentists for myself or my list of recommendations.

I visited the dentist for a bottom tooth issue and the cleaning went well. Once my insurance approved the procedure, I returned for a follow-up. However, to my surprise, they started working on the top of my mouth instead of the bottom tooth that was the initial concern. During the treatment, they seemed more interested in a TV show than my dental procedure, which raised a red flag.

Despite my feedback about feeling pain and the focus on the wrong area, they continued drilling at the top. Feeling frustrated, I asked them to stop, filled the holes, and left due to their rudeness and lack of consideration for my concerns. The experience was unpleasant, prompting me to leave without checking out at the front desk. Unfortunately, I am now facing issues not only at the bottom but also at the top of my mouth.

This has left me extremely upset, and I now have to search for a new dentist, which is distressing as I feel traumatized. I am hesitant to visit another dentist due to the experience I had at this particular dental office.
