I've never left a dental appointment thinking, "Wow, that was a great experience!". . . until I visited Parkway Dental. After this appointment, I had to tell everyone I knew about how positive it was. I don’t have a fear of the dentist, but I did ask a few questions to share with others who might. When I inquired about how they treat new patients with fears or past trauma, they explained that the initial visit is intentionally longer.

This allows them to take their time, get to know the patient, and work carefully based on their needs. I met with both the dental technician and Dr. Jung himself, and they were wonderful; very kind, patient, and professional. Every time I’ve called the front desk, the staff has been incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and genuinely trying to do the right thing. In the past, other dentists told me I had cavities that would cost $100–$250 to fill. Since I had no pain, I declined, only to have a different number of cavities the following year. I jokingly told Dr.

Jung I was expecting to hear the same thing, but he assured me my teeth were in great shape with no cavities at all. It’s clear that Dr. Jung and his team truly care about their patients' well-being, not just making money. As a bonus, their equipment is modern, updated, and less invasive than what I’ve seen in older clinics. I’m so happy to be a patient at Parkway Dental!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Jung! From the moment you step into his office, you can tell he truly cares about his patients. He is an incredible listener, taking the time to understand your concerns and making sure you feel heard. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I was drawn to this office from the reviews and I had to leave my own just to show my appreciation for their service. As someone that has had bad experiences in prior offices and dental anxiety, Dr. Jae-Woo Jung went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable during my visit, but also caring about my dental health & concerns. As a new patient, it was an impactful first experience.

Rosa made the appointment & logistics flow effortlessly, going over different options and addressing my questions. I’m embarrassed I did not get the name of the dental assistant that took care of me but she was very kind & professional, as the whole office is. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit after the amazing work they did on my teeth! Thank you!

I've been a patient of Dr. J at Parkway Dental for years, and he’s consistently gone above and beyond. He truly cares about his patients—never pushing unnecessary treatments, always taking time to explain options, and clearly prioritizing care over profit. Unlike many corporate-owned chains, Dr. J treats you like a person, not a transaction.

What really stood out was when I had a major dental emergency on a weekend. He met me at the office over the weekend when it was closed because he knew I wouldn’t make it to Monday.
