I was advised to visit Dr. Park by my regular dentist for a challenging Root Canal, i found both him and his administrative staff both very pleasant and professional. I would whole heartedley reccomend him.

As far as dental procedures go, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. Dr. Park is excellent and I can't recommend him enough.

I was referred to Dr Park for a consultation by my dentist. I called to make an appt in March, and asked how much it would be, and was told $325 if the special X-ray machine was necessary. It was and I paid that day (March 18). A second appt was set up to follow up with a Root Canal. At that time I asked how much for that procedure. I was told by the receptionist that the total would be $500.
I went for the procedure in April, confirmed the amount again, and after the procedure paid $500, payment in full. To my surprise some days later I received a bill for an additional $787. 00. My husband called on my behalf to question it. Evidently, the receptionist never checked my insurance, and just assumed the amount I would have to pay. Had I known that, I would never have proceeded with Dr Park and would have found someone else.
Totally unprofessional. Also, on the subject of unprofessional, found his behavior of watching a talk show while he worked on my tooth, utterly shocking. Additionally, to add to this distressing story is the fact that he failed to correct my tooth issue. This was the first worst experience ever!

Dr. Park is kind, a patient listener, caring and professional. He takes the time to explain everything prior to and after a procedure. Even small things like saying focus on your breathing or swallow normally ( with so much apparatus in your mouth you might think you can’t.
He definitely puts your panic at bay!) I said I would rather be at the beach and he said his office is second best to the beach😂As for his staff, they are friendly, caring and professional. They go out of their way to reassure the patients…even ones that hate needles! And speaking of needles, Dr. Park made the “trauma” tolerable 🤩almost pain free! Highly recommend Dr. Park and his staff!
