First time patient here at this Park Dental Cedar Valley. I am very happy with my visit here! The dentist was thorough and gentle and walked me through everything she was going to do. The Hygenist was amazing, and did very very good job cleaning my teeth and inspecting them for issues.

I will definitely return. And I definitely recommend this location and the staff. Exceptional service, and exceptional care! Thank you!

I had my teeth cleaned this week. I had not been to a dentist for teeth cleaning in years. They did a great job explaining everything including the condition of my teeth and my gums. I would definitely recommend this office.

I've been a customer since 2016 of Park Dental. This past year I was automatically switched to email reminders in their system without my notification or concent. That went to spam. They office happened to call me as a courtesy appt reminder Friday at 11am, they closed at 1pm until 1pm Monday and my appointment was 3pm Monday.

I moved a work meeting to call at 1pm Monday because I could not make that appt and the person on the phone was super helpful explaining their email system doesnt work well and usually goes to spam and recommended text alerts which she set me up for. At my appointment the receptionist told me I was going to now be charged for late appointment changes based on a policy I first signed in 2016 when I was asked to sign here for my financial policy. She told me park dental was not responsible to send me any type of reminder that it's my job to put it in my phone. She could use some training on that conversation with customers.

I 💯 understand how tough it is for customer no shows but as a business owner you own informing you clients if you switch their reminders without notice or that because of issues a reminder of the policy and that it's going into full inforcement. Not passive aggressive shaming by the receptionist in the office.

Twice now have they lost my appointment due to their inept online scheduling. They send reminder emails, texts, etc all stating that the appointment is confirmed. Walk through the door ON TWO SEPARATE occasions at two different locations only to have the front desk claim they don’t have one on file. So done with this place. It’s 2022, fix your online scheduling ffs and stop wasting peoples time.

First lost appointment was at Park Dental Apple Valley. Second lost appointment was at Park Dental Cedar Valley. Park Dental as a whole can go kick rocks.
