I made an appointment and they gave me a Friday appointment at 10am, on Google it says the hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am til 4/5 however I got there at 9:30 and waited til 10:15 and no one showed up, I called the following Monday (today) and no answer I left voice mails with my number to call back. It’s SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. No one even called me back to reschedule my appointment.

Why say you are open at 9:30am when already you haven’t opened at the operated hours, they also say they are open at 9:30 when you call the office phone. UNPROFESSIONAL

Arrived for my appointment an hour early (as a new patient I assumed I would need to fill out paperwork) and was told the doctor wasn’t feeling well and they weren’t seeing anymore patients. I received no phone call about rescheduling and the people at the front desk seemed not to care. I understand that people can’t work when they’re not well, but the lack of respect for other people’s time is inexcusable. I had to take time off work to make this appointment and it was a complete waste of time. Also they don’t tell you this on the phone but the place is cash only and there’s no ATM.

UPDATE 8/10/2021: Paradise Dental responded "Lauren we apology for canceling your appointment but the doctor felt sick all of a sudden and we had to reschedule patients for the health and safety of our employees and patients. Thank you for your understanding. " First of all, this is a LIE. They didn't cancel my appointment - they did not call to cancel and they STILL LET ME SEE THE DOCTOR. I actually went in and saw the doctor - she is the one who told me it was cash only.

Secondly, two other patients with 3pm appointments came in, so they didn't call those patients to reschedule either. Furthermore, if the doctor was actually sick, why was I allowed to see her? Not only that, but what type of medical professional in COVID times actually comes to work when they are sick and doesn't immediately leave when they realize they can't work? This place is shady, duplicitous, and dangerous. Stay away, people - not worth the risk.
