Had a bad experience. They were 45 mins late which sucked. Context I'm from Chicago, the dental hygienist very rudely asked me "where are you from" to which I laughed and said "oh is it obvious I'm not from Hartsville" and she literally looked me up and down and said "yes". Then the Dentist came in looked at my mouth for less than a minute said we'll give you a prescription and walked out of the room without asking if I had any questions/concerns. When I said hey wait I have questions she looked annoyed. .
. . . She also admitted that she didn't know anything about what I was there for and was searching Google in front of me. Super unprofessional will not be returning.

Thank you Roy Little and staff for making my mother feel like a second class citizen today. Her appointment was made a week prior, and today when she arrived at 8 a. m. ,she was informed it was cancelled because someone on YOUR staff entered the wrong phone number in YOUR system, therefore YOU cancelled the appointment because it was not re-confirmed. It is 10:45 a. m.
, and you have allowed my blind and elderly mom to sit in your lobby waiting to be “worked in”, despite this being YOUR mistake. I called over an hour ago, YOU said she would be seen in a few minutes. . . she’s STILL waiting. No thank you for your unprofessional services, I’m sure I can find another place to send her that will treat her in a manner she deserves!

Showed up for my appointment only to be informed that my cleaning was canceled because my dental hygienist was not in today. Although my phone number is correct in their system, I received no text notification that my appointment was cancelled. I did receive a voicemail 20 hours before my appointment which I did not retrieve until after my appointment time L.
Disappointed in the confirmation process.
