The whole staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Princess helped us with info on braces consult and Dr.K did an amazing job with my daughter’s braces. Went in for just a consult and er left with braces. Absolutely amazing office.

Can I just say I absolutely love this office! Everyone is super friendly and all my questions regarding billing, insurance, treatment in general for daughter & myself are always answered in a timely manner. Special shout out to Brayan & Jackie N. who are absolutely the sweetest/soft spoken and take the time to explain everything they’re doing and don’t make my indecisive teen feel pressured when choosing her band color.
YES it’s a big deal LOL. . They make her feel so confident she loves going to her ortho appt!

The young who helped me today with my Invisalign was great. Well knowledgeable about the Invisalign great instructions and she took her time to tell me every step she was taken, and I appreciate that very much. I’ll highly recommend. The place is also welcoming kept and safe. Great staff

Have no doubts about Pachter! I can't say enough about Pachter Ortho. For 2. 5 years, from beginning to end, Dr. P. and everyone on staff was very kind and professional. My son is a teenager with special needs so he needed a little more patience and understanding. This was no big deal to the team at Pachter (especially Jackie :) who really got to know him) as this is the way they operate with all of the patients.
There is a lot going on in the office, but it runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff all seem to help each other while putting patient care at the forefront. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly, understanding. . . what more could you ask for? Nothing short of awesome! A heartfelt thanks to all from a truly grateful mama and her smiley young man.
