My parents took us to Dr. Kraft's office ever since we were kids, and we kept going when Dr. Ostrem inherited the business. I've been using this dentist for probably close to 20 years now, being 28 myself. The new office location has a great updated look, and there are a few reserved parking spots for dental patients.

They do not have online scheduling but I was able to make an appointment via email which was very convenient for me. The staff as always, have been kind and welcoming, and I've never been afraid to go to the dentist because they are all great at their jobs. If you're searching for a new dentist, you can't go wrong here.

I’ve been going to Ostrem Dental since Dr. Ostrem bought the practice from another great dentist that was retiring, Dr. Kraft, who I also visited since childhood. Dr.

Ostrem and all of his staff are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, they are all very knowledgeable in the dental field and experts at their work. I also know that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your appointments can fit into your schedule, that costs are discussed before any treatment and efforts are made to make sure complex billing and insurance issues are resolved. They truly are a rarity in todays business environment. I moved several years ago, but the decision was very easy not to switch because I trust Ostrem Dental.

Hearing from others about inconveniences they have suffered through with many other dental offices who seem to have difficult front offices, a revolving door of dentists and staff, and unreasonable treatment costs, have only reinforced my thankfulness that I’ve trusted my care to Dr. Ostrem. Thank you for running a great practice!
