I had an appointment scheduled with my orthodontist at 4:40 PM, but due to a change in my schedule, I needed to come in earlier. I called to see if there was any chance I could be seen the same day in the morning—and to my surprise and relief, they were able to accommodate me at 8:00 AM! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly flexible.

They made the process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciate how they went out of their way to fit me in.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Orthodontic Specialists of Florida - Fort Myers! My daughter was visiting Florida with her grandparents and experiencing serious discomfort from a recent orthodontic adjustment. As a worried parent hundreds of miles away, I called five different offices in the area and was either turned away or given the runaround until I reached this amazing team. Not only did they answer promptly and kindly, but they got my daughter in within 30 minutes of my call. And to top it off they treated her completely free of charge. Who does that anymore?! They weren’t concerned about billing or insurance, just about helping a child in pain.

If I lived in Florida, this would be our family’s orthodontic office for life. Their compassion, professionalism, and generosity truly blew me away. Thank you for going above and beyond when we needed it most.
