If I could give no stars, I would. I took my kid to this location and i will never return because i didn't like how rude and annoying way the Dr. Radu was treating my child, questioning why there was so much trouble with my kid’s Braces, being inpatient, making my kid feel guilty about it, as we left the place. my child told me mom I didn’t like the doctor, saying that the doctor was adding the braces aggressively and it hurt, that she/he felt like construction workers on my child’s mouth. My child really didn’t want to go back there at all.

” I would never recommended this doctor, especially taking your child with this Dr. RADU Maybe the doctor wasn’t in a good mood, But here, the doctor is the adult. She is supposed to be more professional, not the child. Horrible Horrible experience.

So, listen to my story and don’t repeat after me. When the orthodontic expert calls you two days before your appointment, and you tell them, “I’ll definitely be there at 7:20 AM before school,” and they say, “Maybe we have time after school,” but then say, “No, we don’t,” you say, “Alright, I’ll be there at 7:20,” because you’re counting on those thirty minutes to make it to school on time. Then the day before the appointment, they text you, “Don’t forget about your 7:20 AM appointment tomorrow,” and you reply, “Of course, I’ll be there,” because it’s important to you — you booked it two months ago. And then the day of the appointment comes. You walk in the door, and there’s no one at the reception desk. You sit down in a chair. When the receptionist shows up, she doesn’t notice that you’ve arrived.

She doesn’t ask. She doesn’t look to see if you’ve come. She just sits there for 40 minutes — 40 minutes! — waiting for you to "arrive" at 8:00 for your 7:20 appointment. And when I call at 8:00, when school has already started, I ask my child, “How much longer will you be there?” and she says, “We just started at 8,” even though the appointment was for 7:20 AM. So I go in and ask, “Excuse me, girl, why did we even make the appointment for 7:20 AM? I got here at 7:15. It’s now 8:00, and you’re only just starting to change her Braces. ” And she replies, “Because she didn’t check in right when she came in.

” Thank you, you’re amazing — you made my day. I was a client at their Harwood Heights location and never had any problems. But here? If the bracket doesn’t break the next day after being put on, it’ll break while brushing your teeth. And you know what they say when you call to get it fixed? “Come in three weeks for your appointment and we’ll do it then. ” You’ll pay $6,000 to be ignored and to have your brackets glued on with Play-Doh.
