My son had his 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday with Dr Aaron Ruskin. His assistant was warm and welcoming! He was amazing and took great care of my son! Now I have had 2 kids he has done surgery on! I would highly recommend him for any procedure!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted in one visit. From the very beginning with my initial phone call to set up first , to the very last check up one week post-op, I was treated with a lot of respect and care. Dr. Ruskin took his time walking me through the procedure and answering any questions I had. His staff was also very helpful in working with my busy work schedule and accommodated me whenever possible.
I'm over 30 years old, so I was really afraid of getting all four of my wisdom teeth pulled at the same time, but Dr. Ruskin was amazing. I felt some slight pain, but experienced very little swelling and quick healing. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars for this office to be completely honest.

Horrible experience all around. Very difficult to deal with. 2 sons had surgery scheduled. Both through same insurance. Preapproval after insurance cost was under $500 each. 2 months after 1st surgery received bill for $1,400. Said not covered. Office/Doctor was in network during consult, but now not.
. . seems suspicious. 7 months of phone calls and emails to fight outstanding balance. Even 3 way calls with insurance went poorly due to office staff. Cancelled other son's surgery only to see they filed a claim and my insurance paid 100% (for a surgery that never happened) They since returned the money to the insurance company, received a payout from insurance company and refunded a partial amount back to me. Not worth 7 months of hassle and still have a son that needs surgery.

Aaron - as greasy as his hair Went to Aaron for a simple procedure, as he was the cheapest around (I had to pay out of pocket) now I see why. Horrible bedside manner, Thinks he's the most important person in the world. I will say the 1 star is fair as he’s doing a great job destroying what his daddy gave him. The former staff complaints only solidify my thoughts. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else, even if they operate out of a shopping cart in an alley of a strip club.
You'll be way better off than with this A-hole. I went to my dentist today, thinking I had an infection because of the pain (2 weeks later). My dentist is usually very jovial and happy. He looked in my mouth, was silent and shook his head and could not believe the lack of care Aaron provided. I'm now on an antibiotics and a prescription mouthwash that Aaron should have scripted (per my real dentist).
Lastly, spend a bit more time looking for that top button on that shirt. You are clearly proud of your chest hair, don’t subject the rest of us to it.
