I went for my initial consultation for my wisdom teeth last month and they set me up for an appointment last Friday. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly which is a huge plus when you are getting your teeth extracted. The receptionist who I dealt with multiple times was so helpful and accommodating. Dr.
Elson answered all my questions and his staff who assisted with the procedure was super fast I was done within an hour for 4 wisdom teeth. Huge shoutout to Dr. Elson and his entire team Bill, Deija , Lailani, and Amber (made sure to get everyone’s name for the review cause they were that great). I would definitely recommend and I would 100% go back for future specialty dental visits

Honestly I am frustrated. I had initially had several teeth extracted, and went well. Unfortunately, a root canal next to one tooth that was extracted came loose. I did not blah this office, but it is frustrating because now I need an additional expense and time to extract a tooth I thought was fine. I visited office to plan second extraction,there was no empathy ( like I am stressed to have another extraction) just “what do you want to do?) We made appointment for today. I show up, and literally no one is expecting me.
I took off work etc. then instead of apologizing, they blame me asking if I had a referral?!! The time to realize they needed more paperwork and to verify my insurance was before my appointment, not at the time for surgery. I don’t know if it was a one time issue, but I am not going back. It’s already stressful without the worry of if my appointment is set up correctly.

Had 2 extractions today.Office staff was so friendly,got me in within a week of calling.Dr.Elson had done my sons root canal as well,so friendly and put me right at ease.They even called me when I got home to make sure I was doing ok.They made a scary experience tolerable.thank you so much,not sure why I put it off so long,was a piece of cake with their help

Dr Elson is the best. Second time coming for a procedure and on both occasions made what could have been a very uncomfortable experience the best it could be. The latest one was an emergency tooth extraction. My dentist called on a Friday at 10am and I was in the chair an hour later.
As someone who has had multiple surgical procedures, Dr. Elson has the best bedside manor I've ever experienced. Strongly recommend.
