The woman at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing unwarranted arrogance throughout the interaction. Even when she was clearly proven wrong—straight from the source—she refused to acknowledge it or offer any apology, instead continuing with the same attitude. It’s truly disappointing to see patients treated this way.
On a positive note, the doctor was excellent, but the experience at the front desk was unacceptable and left a very poor impression.

I've been with Optimal Family Dental since 2016. It sounds crazy but I actually look forward to going to the dentist! They are friendly, fun and always do high quality work. My two fillings yesterday were quick and painless. After the bad experiences I've had at other places, I will never go anywhere else!

If you have dental anxiety, this is the place for you. I saw Dr Carr and she did an amazing job explaining what i needed, what was going on and treating me with empathy and kindness. My 3 year old also had her first checkup here and they took great care of her. Would give ten stars if i could.
