The staff is incredibly rude and provides abhorrent customer service. I scheduled an appointment three months in advance only to find out that the appointment was scheduled on a day when the dentist wasn't even there. Instead of apologizing, she did nothing but blame me for my mailbox being full when she tried to reach me THE DAY BEFORE to tell me that the dentist wouldn't be there. I understand people screw up but she gave me nothing but the attitude the entire time and then offered to reschedule the appointment for TWO MONTHS LATER. I have never been treated so badly by someone in customer service in my life.

She had three months to let me know the appointment was cancelled and there was no attempt to contact me via text or email. Edit: The company reached out to me and apologized and offered me an appointment for the following week. The issue is now resolved and I look forward to a better customer service experience with them going forward.

Erin Carey is the best doctor I've ever had in my entire life! She is sweet and energetic and she always listens to what I have to say. She even explains the type of medication I will be getting and how it works when most doctors would never put that type of time and care towards a patient. You can tell that she has actual passion and love for her job.

All of the nurses and support staff are super nice and upbeat too! They always genuinely want to know how I'm doing and you can tell they actually really do care about the work they do. There may be a bit of a wait to get an appointment but it's worth it for the level of care you receive.

I’ve called multiple times the past 2 weeks attempting to schedule an appointment and nobody calls me back and each time I’ve tried to call them nobody answers and it’s always sent to a machine. Unprofessional.

Today I went to the clinic with panic syndrome and anxiety. I was desperate, crying because I was urinating a lot and didn’t know the cause. I went without an appointment, so desperate that I was even buying my return ticket to Brazil.

I was very well attended by the reception, the nurses are great, they calmed me down and were patient, and the doctor was also a 10. Thank you for the great service. ”
