Best visit ever! I have had many bad experiences with dentist, I was very nervous. She worked and talked to me slowly. No pain and I was relaxed after first 5 minutes. They also have tv to watch in the room.

I recently went to Dr. Creager after not utilizing a dentist in a long while because I am very scared of the dentist. The whole of the office staff is amazing!! I was made to feel very comfortable, no one made me feel self conscience for being afraid. They were gentle and accommodating. I'm about 50 percent less terrified for my next visit due to their professionalism and overall "niceness".

They were very kind and helpful when I was in the office. I had my service done before Christmas and the receptionist had told me they would send my bill in the new year. Months went by and I never received a bill. In The end of March, I received a letter stating that “they had done my services in good faith and needed me to remit payment immediately”. Which is fine, I had no problem paying, but they had been sending the bill to the wrong address the entire time, it was only due to my mailman realizing the error that I received that letter.
When I called, the receptionist was very rude about the whole thing and her response was “what do you want me to do about it?” I asked why they had never called when they didn’t receive payment and her response was “that is not how we do things here”. After receiving my payment, she said thanks and hung up on me. I had enjoyed everything up until this point. Very unprofessional.
