If I could give them 100 stars, I would! This was our first time to the dentist and my 5 year old daughter left saying she loved it. The staff is absolutely amazing! They were so kind and made my daughter feel so comfortable and calm. We are excited to go back in 6 months! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

My 3 year old son here knowing he had developed some cavities at this young age. They spent less than 15 seconds looking at he’s teeth. They proposed we take him to a hospital for treatment. I asked about alternatives. They seemed against this spent more time looking at our insurance and payment than what is best for the 3 yr. old kid. We went elsewhere.

They properly assessed his teeth, provided a cleaning and fluoride treatment within 24 hours of us calling them. They then proposed 3-5 options for treatment 3 of which had zero anesthesia or pain involved. Just more time and less profit for the dentist. But it was the right thing to do and they offer it. They were willing to halt progression and slowly treat the problems as my son grows and develops a tolerance for treatment. If a pediatric dentist does not immediately clean, properly assess and provide treatment for minor issues IMMEDIATELY. RUN, RUN, RUN.

There is public information available to everyone about proper treatment of pediatric tooth issues. A crown is not a solution for every case simply because it makes the most money for the dentist. And anesthesia for every treatment is not what makes someone a good pediatric dentist. Pick someone who puts your child first. They are out there.

The waiting room is very sterile. Very boring. Very unwelcoming. I was pretty surprised to be walking into a doctors office with the word "pediatric" in the name and not see a single toy, or a single color other than white, grey, or brown. It was my 3 y/o first time and some sensory input would definitely have helped quell his nerves. They have one little seperate area with two iPads mounted to a table and nothing else.

Very disappointing, to say the least. The staff were nice, for the most part. The lady at the front desk was frustrated with her job and was loudly complaining about an email she'd received and how "no one around her knows how to do anything. " . . .

. Perhaps I just perceived her as being loud because the barren waiting room is an echo chamber. The appointment was smooth and fast, after spending about 15 minutes in the lifeless waiting room. They're the only place within 100 miles that accepts our Anthem Medicaid, so we have no choice but to be back. I'll be sure to remember to bring our own fun for next time.

Dentists and dental assistant were great and we did not wait long. However the atmosphere is very unwelcoming, the front desk did not even smile when we entered or said anything except to ask who the appointment was for. The space is all in neutral colors and does not give off a “pediatric” sense at all. I am glad this was not my children’s first experience at a dentist.
