Recently had my first visit with Dr. Adelstein. He told me this practice likes to treat everyone as family. He is 100% correct. From Lizzie, the receptionist, and Dana, the dental hygienist, to Dr. Adelstein, I felt like a member of their family during my first visit. They are professional. I received a warm welcome and put right at ease by everyone. They are friendly and seem genuinely interested and concerned with me as an individual and a patient.

Dana did an thorough and detailed inspection of my teeth and gums along with an excellent cleaning. She provided some very useful tips on oral care and actively listened to my questions and comments. Dr. Adelstein did a detailed exam and told me about the practice and his passion for dentistry. He too listened and responded to my questions and comments. A few days before my first visit they emailed me a link to the new patient forms. I completed them on-line and they contacted my out-of-state former dentist to collect my dental records before my first visit. Outstanding dentist visit and outstanding dental practice. I am looking forward to my next visit with my new dental health and welfare family.

This week I had an old crown pop off a tooth while I was eating. I was in no pain or other discomfort. I called the office and was able to get a non-emergency appointment two days later. Dr. Adelstein was able to reuse the crown that came off. He did a fantastic job and the whole process took less than an hour. I am very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The office is clean and they have good Covid-19 protocols.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally.

My daughters also attend this practice and they have had consistently excellent care, esp. by the hygienist staff with whom they have the most contact.

I recently had a dental emergency where an old filling of mine somehow fell out. I contacted Dr. Richard Adelstein immediately to explain the situation and to request that he handle my dental emergency, and he worked with me and handled my situation promptly and cordially. And the new filling he put in has been holding up well. If it had not been for Dr.

Richard Adelstein, I wouldn't have been able to eat until my filling was replaced once I could have received an appointment during normal business hours. And in general, when attending this dental business, they are honest, as if something needs to be done, they get it done, but if something doesn't need to be done, or if something doesn't need to be done right then and there, they don't just provide the service to make funds. This is a great dental business, and I recommend them to others.
