My whole family has been going to this dentist for YEARS. Until today. Spoke with “Donna” extremely unprofessional. Threatening me with attorneys etc until I make payment because they decided to schedule me for a cleaning even though my insurance maximum has been met. Sorry but shouldn’t a dentist office know that and have alerted me before my appointment that my maximum has been met? No! Of course not. Because they’re money hungry. Giving me BS dental services that probably weren’t even needed just to make a quick buck.
Now I have to make payment “ASAP” or they’ll take me to court. Funny I’ve never missed an appointment or a payment and their first action is to threaten me. All set with this place. All they’re after is money. Not to mention they’ve been sending the bill to the wrong address for a month. How about call me and ask for an updated address? All for a measly $70.

Ever since I have gone to this office I have had constant discomfort. There has not been one visit I haven't been told that I have yet another cavity and need another filling. My teeth feel perfectly fine until the dentist "fixes" my "cavity". I will soon be getting my records from this office and moving on to a place where I feel confident and comfortable when I leave.

The BEST dentistry EVER! If you are TERRIFIED of dentists and sharp tools (like me) then this is THE place to go! I had local anesthesia and a Wisdom tooth pulled out and I did NOT feel anything. They are all lovely, caring and VERY understanding. Their hands are BLESSED! Today 10/24/19 I'm also adding that I just left their facility and they are AMAZING! They actually talk TO you and not at you like other places.
They treat you with so much respect and they ALL have genuine kindness to all of their patients. I would give them a higher rating if I could♥️

Surprised by other reviews. . . . but notice how most of the bad ones have been going for years, decades, or their whole family goes. A lot will speak on the bad but not the good. I'm sorry these people had these experiences.
But this also means there are a lot of other patients that fit that description of going there for years, decades or their whole family goes as well, minus the bad experience. I've been going for a long time, as well as other members of my family until they moved out of state. I've been going 2+ decades, and although I do miss Dr. Shabazian, who I worked with a lot of that time, I appreciate the rest of the staff. Great things about this practice include but are not limited to: the extensive hours they are open for, if you are afraid of detists, they're understanding and do their best to make you comfortable throughout the time you are in that chair, and their hygienists are awesome.
