ZERO stars. I had appointments for 3 children starting at 3:00. The day before I get a voicemail asking if times could be moved to 2:20 and to call back if possible. My children are still in school at that time so I did not call back.
They moved the appointment ANYWAY without my consent and a session was missed for my youngest. Now I have to make a return trip next week for an appointment. Not happy.

Very happy with the care and services at this office. After all, have been coming here about 30 years for myself and my children. For my children, they’ve never had a fear of dentists and now that they’re adults, they choose to continue their dentistry care because of the amazing staff and dentists here!

I have been going to the Oakland Smile Station for over 10 years now, from pediatrics through to adult dentistry, and never once did I have a bad experience. This is where you take your child to ensure the best quality care, and that they DON’T hate the dentist. Their expertise is unmatched. Truly the ONLY dentists I trust with my teeth, even now.
Dr. Cheryl is an artist at what she does, and the staff are so kind and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about them.
