The Doctor and staff are really nice. My concern was regarding sanitation. Unlike other offices things didn’t have wraparound tape on equipment. Tape that gets changed after every nightly clean. Their fluoride tasted horrible (DONT GET IT!). There was no designated hygienist to do cleaning of teeth.

The main doctor did everything. Even though the doctor was really nice, i don’t think she spent the time to do scaling/flossing and overall cleaning. She was too busy trying to get to the next patient. I will not be going back. With the money dentists charge i’d like the individual attention to myself.

Amazing! Definitely would recommend! When my face swelled up from my mouth to eye I was able to get advice and come into the office. I was in the worst pain of my life. They were able to save my tooth and made all the swelling go away. I mean night and day difference.

They even dealt with my kiddos while they fixed me up! One of a kind dental office. If you have been afraid of the dentist this is definitely your place. They’ll help you feel as comfortable as possible all while helping you get to your dental desire!

I visited this office on a Monday and was initially impressed. The environment was extremely clean, and the front desk staff was professional. I came in needing a root canal after my original dentist canceled on me twice. This office was actually my second choice, but I decided to give them a try due to the cancellations. The dentist (unfortunately I can’t recall her name) was kind and seemed professional at first. Everything went smoothly until the numbing process. After administering the anesthesia, she told me to let her know if I felt any pain — which I appreciated. However, as soon as she began the procedure, I immediately clenched up and said "ouch. " I clearly indicated I was in pain.

To my surprise, she continued with the procedure despite my discomfort. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 7 years, so I wasn’t sure if this level of pain was to be expected, but what I experienced felt far from normal. I felt everything — the scraping, the pulling, even what I believe was the nerve being removed. I can usually tolerate pain well, but I was visibly uncomfortable the entire time. At one point, I heard her tell her assistant that I needed to relax — which was frustrating and dismissive. In the end, the procedure was not successful. She informed me something had broken off in the root canal and referred me to an endodontist — only after another dentist came in and said, “I knew this was going to happen. ” The next day, I visited a specialist 30 minutes away. They completed the entire procedure pain-free.

Not even a hint of discomfort. I’m deeply disappointed with the care I received at this office. I trusted the positive reviews, but my experience was completely different. I was in pain the entire time and left with the job unfinished and a referral that should have happened in the first place. The fact that I was essentially left to suffer through this makes me consider whether legal action is appropriate. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re seeking dental care that is both competent and compassionate, I recommend looking elsewhere.
