Let me start by saying i never leave bad reviews. I’m writing this for the sake of other people in need of a root canal. Please do not come here. I got my root canal done here at the end of April. Something did not feel right. Immediately after and months post op. I went back in July because my mouth was still aching and sensitive to hot and cold. (Not normal 3 months after the procedure. .

the nerve is supposed to be dead) i was told by Dr Schwartz that it could be a failed root canal, that there was really nothing he could do beside prescribe me an antibiotic. He acted like i was over reacting and being dramatic. Could not give me the time of day to figure out what could be wrong. Made me feel crazy. He told me it was normal to still feel a bit of pain. Fast forward i go to cedar creek dental for a second opinion. She tells me it’s NOT normal to still be feeling pain and that i needed to go to an endodontist. Fast forward again to today i had my appointment with Dr Wang after months of waiting in pain. I was told that it was very clear that the root canal was not performed correctly.

He had to clear the whole area out. He said i should be fine now that he fixed it for me and i probably will not need the tooth extracted. I wish i had gone to him in the first place. . super efficient and kind. Point is, do not come here for any sort of advanced dental treatment. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and so are the hygienists. But i would not advise getting a root canal done here( lesson learned from my end, but if you are young and still learning- go to an endodontist!!)

Ok here it goes, i was in today for appointment at 11am and was soooo nervous because i was doing root canal of #2 and temp. crown placement Anxiety was so high and i was so scared nervous and shaking of how am i gonna go through this I was getting ready for it for a week and thinking about it and finally the day came today so i had to go even my husband said i am acting as a child because he knows it doesn't hurt, but i have to say that when i was a child i went through so much dental trauma that made me this scary and anxious about going to dentist so who ever read this has to understand me… anyway two weeks ago Dr Schwartz told me that i need a crown but put me on antibiotics for ten days for pain i was having and submitted all to my insurance for approval for root canal and he recommended to me to do both at same day root canal and crown which i agreed to right away Today when i came in he could tell i was anxious and scared but he was joking around with me and his assistant about my toot canal and that made me comfortable right away my anxiety was slowly wearing off.

I didn't feel any pain or discomfort and his assistant told me once i get home even if i do have little pain or discomfort to take Tylenol for it I was walking out of the office happy no pain with new root canal and temp crown I am home now for two hours no pain just little jaw discomfort which is normal The way Dr Schwartz did this procedure makes me say i wish him long health and long time working here so i can go to him with any dental problem and know that i would be taken care of Staff is great his assistant was great made me feel comfortable and safe and i wanna thank them both for today I have to add i will never look for answers online and google because you can get more anxious reading about things like this but this doctor is professional and the whole office and they know what they are doing I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone please go see Dr Schwartz he is best dentist i had in my life.

I went to NU Dental yesterday for a deep cleaning....I would just like to acknowledge how professional and kind my hygienist Lady was...I was very nervous about the procedure and she explained everything and also explained down to the penny my financial obligation after insurance and financing was added. I'm actually looking forward to my appointment. GREAT JOB GUYS..YOU ROCK!!!

Went here on a recommendation of a coworker and I couldn’t have been more grateful and impressed. I had been dealing with excruciating pain for about a week and my regular dentist couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The pain subsided but I do my own research and knew that that could mean irreversible damage or a dead tooth. So I went to Nu Dental and the friendly assistant took a lot of x-rays, then within 10 seconds of Dr.

Schwartz looking at them he told me I had an infection in one of my teeth. Completely missed by my other dentist! Not only that, she had wanted to do a root canal on an entirely different tooth based on a sensitivity test - which would have been for nothing and still not taken care of the actual problem! Dr. Schwartz showed me the image outlining the problem and explained the anatomy so I could understand what was going on, and his assistant told me that it was good that I came back even though my pain had subsided because it would have returned even more intensely. Dr.

Schwartz also prescribed me an antibiotic to keep the infection at bay until I could come back for my root canal. The woman at the front desk helped me schedule an appointment to get me back in ASAP for the root canal and couldn’t have been more pleasant. I am highly satisfied and thankful I came to Nu Dental.
