I had been to this practice once before. They very were very slow and I was there for hours just for an exam and cleaning. Today I went and waited for over an hour and never saw a dentist before I walked out. No communication as to why the delay or even when I’d be seen. They did, however, hit me up with a sales pitch to purchase some kind of prepaid dental package, as soon as I walked in the door.
This was a dental emergency as I had a broken crown. Don’t visit this business. I don’t believe they value their patients.

I cannot stress enough what a positive experience going to this practice has been. Ever since the old doctors left this practice it has significantly improved. Dr. Mulvaney and his staff are amazing. They take such good care of their patients and made sure they walked me through everything step by step. I continuously come here for cleanings and will follow Dr. Mulvaney's office anywhere!

Wonderful experience! I have a different background, I had traumatic experience at the dentist as a child,so I never liked going there. I have been, and I care about my smile (for which I get many compliments), but it wasn't until I started seeing dr Au that I finally actually don't mind it at all. Dr Au is so patient, thorough, tells you every single step he is about to do, always making sure that you are comfortable and not in pain. When my son had to take care of a first cavity, I was so anxious how it'll be.
Dr Au really knew how to make my son feel comfortable and pain-free. Staff is very friendly, attentive. I love their dental hygienist Joanna, who is just as friendly and detailed. My whole family goes here and we all love it!

Going to the dentist has never been more pleasant. Staff was very thorough and knowledgeable. The dentist was very nice; personable and professional. And the technician who did my x-rays and cleaning was efficient and worked with a light touch.
For the first time in years, I had a cleaning that didn't make my teeth feel like a demolition area. Seriously though, I've been recommending Old Orchard Dental Group to my friends and co-workers.
