Firstly, the dental assistant (TABITHA) IS RUDE. and the lady at the front desk as well. The dentists themselves were fantastic. Of course, we had our times mixed up on one appointment, so it was a missed appointment and we were no longer allowed to go to that dentist, which is fine. we started seeing a new dentist.

But then this dentist decided to call social services saying our teenagers teeth weren't being taken care of, even though we are seeing another dentist and are no longer associated with this dentist at all! What kind of people call social services because you are at a different dentist. Lots of people hate going to the dentist and this place just makes it even WORSE. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Ever.

I don’t know about these people leaving bad reviews, but I have always had excellent care at this facility! Obviously if you haven’t had your teeth cleaned in 20 years your gums are going to bleed. . .

and if your kids teeth are rotting out it’s not the dentists fault if you have failed at training your kids about good dental hygiene. I think these professionals deserve a little more credit, treat people as you would like to be treated and life is much easier for everyone!

Every time I have a dentist appointment scheduled they cancel it. I haven’t been able to get into them for months and months because there always canceling my appointments! They are also rough and rude.

Called them October 2024 to schedule an appointment for my wisdom teeth causing me severe pain to the point I can’t drink or eat, they “scheduled” my appointment for March 2025 so I called them 2 weeks before March to ask what the date of the appointment was low & behold it was never even scheduled bc the person who scheduled it got supposedly got “fired” so they made me a new appointment for OCTOBER 2025 & I asked to be put on the call list of an appointment opens up. . never was put on the call list….

. called them yesterday they never even bothered to pick up the phone so I drove my a** over there & requested to be put on the list & while doing so I watched them mute the phone for 3 callers, so I have to wait a whole year to be seen for something that’s emergent what a joke!
