Awsome staff!! Excellent Doctor!!! The office is conveniently located to me and is a very nice office. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist was very caring and compasionate. He took great care in explaining the treatment and making me confortable during the procedure. Top notch office!!!!!!

Awful. Just awful. The dentist insisted that I had a tooth that appeared to be cracked on the x-Ray and needed to be fixed immediately or else it was going to break any day. I got 3 other opinions and no other dentist saw the crack.
That was 4 years ago and still no broken tooth. Also, they tried to charge me $55 to replace the mouth piece to my whitening kit that I accidentally lost. I got it at my new dentist office for only $10!

The MOST horrible Dental office in the world. STAY AWAY. I used this Dental practice a while back when I was a less informed consumer. Every time I came in, I was quoted a lower price and when I was checking out, the price would double or triple. I once had a filling fall off the day after it was filled, and the bastard who had filled it was out of town, so I had to wait a few days in PAIN. Now, all the work they ever did to my teeth needs to be re-done. A root canal was so poorly done I had an infection that could have killed me. All the veneers I got here chipped and need to be replaced less than 10 years later.
TOTAL waste of money. I was SCAMMED by these rats. One of their former dentists opened an practice on Bells Ferry and I was a fool to try her. Horrible as well, she has a bitchy attitude when you refuse her up-sell and she is cut from the same stone as her former practice. Bottom line: STAY AWAY. You're welcome.

I had a similar experience as the other reviewers. I was trying to get on a regular cleaning routine to prevent any additional problems and purchased a dental plan that brought me and my family of 5 to this dental office. I was told I needed $10,000 worth of dental work to fix my problems. I asked if there were any less expensive options since there was no way I could afford to go into that much debt for my teeth. They acted as if it were an absurd, odd thing for anyone to not want to spend that much for dental work. They would not continue with my cleanings unless I agreed to get started on the other work. (BTW- I found another dentist who did clean my teeth and solved my problems for just a fraction of the cost).
I also accidentally missed an appointment for my two sons to have their teeth cleaned. They had always given me a reminder call but did not on this occasion. I was charged $40 each, total of $80 for a missed appointment fee and they would not consider discounting this $80 fee even though we were a family of 5 customers. I understand they missed out on money with the empty time so I paid the $80. They received it 3 days past the due date and charged me a $9 late fee (I'm sure they do not always receive payment from the insurance companies within a few weeks and do not charge them a late fee). I asked if they would drop the $9 late fee since I still needed to spend money with them to have my sons teeth cleaned. They refused.
I told them I was not paying the late fee but they continued to send me a bill each month with an additional $9 late fee each month I did not pay. Needless to say they lost a family of customers. This all occured maybe 6-8 years ago. I recently changed insurance plans and looked at the in-network dentist only to find that North Roberts Rd Dental has changed to Great Expressions and this is the only dentist in Kennesaw on the plan. UGH! I will instead drive further to a Woodstock or Marietta dentist on the plan.
