I've been going to this Dentist office for a while now and I can honestly say it's been a great experience every time. Dr. Ross is super friendly and very professional. The whole staff is just as great everyone's welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
It's not always easy to say you enjoy going to the dentist, but they really make it as smooth and pleasant as possible. Definitely recommend this office if you're looking for quality care and a friendly team.

I recently had a wonderful experience at North Ranch Dental, and I wanted to share it with you. I was searching for a new Dentist and found their office conveniently located. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office itself is was nice with new technology. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.
They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, outlining each procedure clearly and answered my I felt completely comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend North Ranch Dental to anyone seeking high-quality Dental Care in a welcoming and professional environment. I'll certainly be returning for all my future dental needs.

I had a very disappointing experience at North Ranch Dental Care. I was charged significantly more than expected before any treatment was done, even though my insurance clearly states that 70–80% of the cost is covered and there’s no copay. According to my provider, the office should have submitted a claim first, billed the insurance, and only then sent me a bill for any balance due—but instead, they demanded full payment up front. When I tried to ask questions, Samantha at the front desk was rude and completely unhelpful, giving me inconsistent and confusing explanations that didn’t make any sense. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the situation even more frustrating.
The treatment itself was just as bad. The Dentist, Raquel M. Ross re-applied a crown without any care or sensitivity. She didn’t use a syringe or numbing gel, just blasted air directly against an exposed tooth, which was extremely painful. I’ve had the same procedure done before at other offices and it was quick and painless—this was the opposite.
I will be reporting this to my insurance company and requesting a refund. I feel completely taken advantage of. Avoid this place if you want fair billing practices and a compassionate dental team.
