Just moved to the area and I decided to cancel appt. before my children started at the dentist. First off it was very difficult communicating with the front desk/receptionist as the person presents with a negative attitude. Then prior to the first appt. my son had a dental emergency and they were not able to find time to see him and expected me to wait until our appt which was over 2 months away for a medical emergency. Instead we drove over 2 hours to our previous provider who got us in same day and tended to the dental emergency.

My previous pediatric dentist said that any good dentist will make time for dental emergencies or help you locate someone to help. . this place was combative when i requested help. And didn't care that I chose not to bring business to them.

Being new to the area I was skeptical about bringing my 4 year old daughter to a Dentist I was not familiar with. I must say, Dr.

Waite and her assistive staff were beyond FABULOUS! They treated my daughter with the utmost respect and professionalism, and did so while making her feel extremely comfortable and not afraid! My daughter had to have 3 teeth extracted after a terrible fall on the stairs yesterday. I am forever grateful! Thank you all so very much!!

She was very calm with my kid, she talked to him even though he didn't talk back. I mean he is 5 years old; some 5 year olds would kick and scream if they had to get a tooth pulled because of an infection above the tooth. Its not what any parent wants to see is their kid in pain; but honestly the worst part for him was feeling the shots.

After the tooth was pulled, he was up and ready to go; done crying right away. I was worried at first because of all of these negitive reviews; but I feel like people expect perfection and that can't happen we are only human.

Gina is great with my kiddo. I would mention that it would be nice if they didn't have music blaring in the front waiting room. I have a hard time hearing the office people behind the glass. They can see I have a hard time but refuse to get up and come closer to the glass.
