I needed a new dentist and found Nickel City just over a year ago. They’ve been wonderful. Communication is fast and the reminder calls / texts are nice. The staff is friendly, helpful, and make what can be an experience many of us dread actually nice and even enjoyable.
They worked well with me with some insurance questions and were up front about what they can and can’t do. Clarity is appreciated. I hope to stay a patient for the foreseeable future.
