I've been a patient with Dr. Swanson and Newmarket Dental for years. They continuously impress me with the quality of their treatment and care. They're also the only dentist I've ever been to that is conscientious of my budget as much as my oral health. Dr. Swanson is always candid about good/better/best scenarios for treatment and includes me in the decision making process for the treatment. (I also love the overall environment here. .

. There's always music and smiles. . even for my 8:30am appointments. ) 5 Stars. I love this place.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Going to the dentist CAN be a great experience, and when they help improve your smile, well, you couldn’t ask for more!

Back in the day, Nate Swanson used to be a dentist in training at a low income clinic that I went to. When he was done with his schooling and his time with the clinic he opened up this place in Newmarket. They came a time where I needed some dental work that the clinic could not provide and since I had insurance I was able to go see Dr Swanson at his new dental office. I was under the impression after I had consulted with Dr Swanson that he would be the one taking care of my dental procedure. As it turns out at that point in his life he was more interested on working on children that had hot single moms and my care was left to a guy that he was training that was terrible.

After my procedure there was no instructions on aftercare or where to go from there to fix the rest of my mouth. He made me a temporary denture that probably could have been made by a 5th grader with Play-Doh. He actually called me about 5 years ago asking why I left such a poor review, I told him what the deal was and he didn't act surprised because he knew that he often poor a service, but I figured the guy was trying to start his business and he didn't need my one star review as a blemish on the good work he was doing for the hot single moms. So I deleted what I wrote in the review. I've come to a point now where it's about time to get some more dental work done and I'm looking at dentists in the area, And I'm sad to say that New market dental would be one of the last places I would go for any dental procedure.

I would honestly consider going to Mexico for dental work before I would consider going here again. There's no professionalism here there's no bond that you can have with him, there's no rapport, you can't trust him to do the right thing by you because all he cares about is getting that money. So if you're some hot single mom whose child needs dental work it will probably be a great place for you to go and I'm sure he will probably treat you right, but if you're a single father who's looking to take care of his teeth and be able to eat real food again, then this is not the place for you. I highly suggest going anywhere but here.
