I had an incredibly frustrating experience at NYDH Dental. I was left waiting for the doctor for over an hour, only to have him spend less than five minutes cleaning my teeth when he finally showed up. His exact words were, “I will only clean you a little bit because I will refer you to another doctor. ” Completely absurd! I came in for a full cleaning, not a referral. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I expected much better care and attention. Would not recommend based on this experience. Get real professionals.

The office staff here is fantastic—super friendly and accommodating! However, I was disappointed with the dental care I received. The dentists seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. While the customer service is top-notch, the quality of dental work leaves much to be desired. I hope they can improve the dental side of things because the potential is definitely there!
