Don't know how to rate them. . . they don't respond to messages sent via their website (1) or messages left at their office (3). Always get their voicemail, not a live person - ? Had hoped to find out more about their services. Not worth working this hard to get it. .

. *UPDATE* They finally returned my call after 4 messages over 2 weeks. A Woman (didn't say her name), left a message with no apology and didn't answer all the questions I posed. Unprofessional. . .

terrible at communication. Wanting to be a new patient i originally filled out the online form. . . never heard back so a few weeks later I called a few times and left a message which still took about 3 days to get a call back. but when they needed something from me, they were able to call me multiple times that day with their issues.

Okay so now here I am trying to schedule my next appt. . . I called multiple times again, specifically not during any time which might be lunch, I left a message with name, phone no and said I'm a returning patient. Nobody ever even called me back. .

. so in that time of no response (maybe 3 weeks) I found a new dentist and already had an appt. save your time and go elsewhere if they don't even have the decency to reply Note to their reply: i just checked the website and there is a new patient, appointment request, and a contact us request form so yes, you do have them. Glad to see you can reply to a negative Google review but can't return a patient phone call. Speaks magnitudes of your business

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but dental care is important. Sadly, your options with HuskyCare are limited, so you often get dentists like this. Google lists them as open M-F but they're closed half the time you visit or call, without a human to take your message. The real trouble for me was when I got a filling done there. An abscess formed weeks later because the cavity wasn't completely filled. I went back to get it dealt with on a Thursday at 9 A.

M. , but they were closed, of course, so I had to go to UConn's emergency dental clinic instead. I ended up losing the tooth, resulting in what will end up being long and expensive recovery, not to mention the stress of having a missing tooth. The whole thing is puzzling. Maintaining a clinic in West Hartford can't be cheap, especially when you're only doing business there a few days a week and it otherwise sits there empty. Their web page's 'Meet The Doctor' section still has the default 'add bio here' with no information given.

Stacks of lumber have been piled against a side wall since forever. It all feels very sketchy. It's a shame, because having a clinic in the neighborhood that took HuskyCare seemed like a blessing. Now I'm worried that when I get a screening at a new dentist, it's going to show years of issues that piled up while I was getting inadequate care and prevention. A dental clinic is an important part of a patient's life; it needs to be properly staffed and ran during the hours it's alleged to be open.

Was referred to New Way Dental by a friend who was able to get their wisdom teeth extracted within 2 weeks of calling. I was very pleased with the service provided by the front end staff and the doctor and assistant in the back. They are very accommodating and although they book out months in advanced if you are able to follow up and check on cancellations they get you in very soon.

Love the service and the work that was done on my teeth.
