I had made an appointment with the New Era Dentistry. I am glad i did.!!. The secretary 😞( 👉male👈 ). Was very professional / helpfull. The x - ray tech. Was very courteous and easy to understand !!. The dental physician. Was also vety courteous. Am very satisfied with my first visit. I will reach out to this clinic when the time comes for me to fix my teeth / tooths. 😃😀😃😀

Dr Piedra (Rene) is a first-class dentist and human being. The office is immaculate and hi-tech. His staff are all personable and treat you like family. My family and I come here for routine stuff and also, due to prior neglect (or less than perfect prior treatments) for more significant procedures such as root canals and an implant.

After his initial treatments all has been corrected and back to good checkups and feeling good. Btw, the work he does with special needs patients is one reason he’s a great person.

I really like Rene piedra but the office staff stinks. I’m still waiting for my mouth guard that I paid 250. 00 in September/October I called the office twice and said they would call me back and no one has called me back. To top it off they are still billing me for something else now.

Parking in the building is horrible. You can never find parking and you have to cross the street at TJ Maxx if you can’t find any. I am paying the balance until my mouth guard is found and they can keep it and keep the balance.

I love New Era Dentistry. Everyone in the office is very friendly and they always address my concerns and keep me feeling safe. I love that they make me feel like family and call to remind me about my appointments. They do their best to make sure that I am physically and emotionally comfortable and rarely keep me waiting.

They're funny, they let me listen to the music I want while working on my mouth, and they always give me whatever I need so I don't feel pain during and after. I feel like I am in good hands there and that is why I keep going back after all of these years.
