I was a new patient who went in for a toothache. These people took full X-rays, then told me I had 4 cavities, a possible root canal, and need for deep cleaning, which would have cost over $3k. I was stressed out trying to figure out how to best take care of this. Ended up getting a second opinion - partial X-rays and a basic cleaning took care of the issue and were fully covered by my basic insurance. I waited months to write this review to make sure the toothache was really gone.
It hasn’t come back. The second dentist even asked me the name of this dentist because the diagnoses was so far off. Get a second opinion.

Came in and was told I needed a deep cleaning, and replacement of all my crowns. I am no spring chicken, so I asked what was the reason for needing new crowns. She just stated they were old, I asked why I needed a deep cleaning and no one could tell me. I received a notice from my insurance that stated they needed more info to process the claim and they said I needed to do it. I just do not feel comfortable there.
It feels like they just want your money without your questioning them. I asked for my xrays, and they are making it very difficult. They want me to pay $35 to get them. So frustrated

I’ve been coming to this dental office for many years. Rosa and Stacy in the front make scheduling/rescheduling so easy, they’re very welcoming. Lourdes, Michelle are very gentle, reassuring and Dr.Dang is very knowledgeable and honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. Would highly recommend if you’re searching for a new dentist.
