Staff were friendly, patient and accomodating. Only wish we had some of the information ahead of time. Big plus was a Portuguese speaking hygienist who could interact with my elderly mom during the appointment.

I am a caretaker and my client (non English speaking, elderly woman) is a patient here. She was very happy with the services provided. Every step of the way was described and explained to both of us completely. During the procedure my client was treated very kindly and was check in with regularly throughout.

I as a caretaker was very pleased with the care and excellent treatment. The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and courteous. My client is very happy with her visit and is looking forward to continuing her dental care here at New Bedford Dentistry and Braces.

Fantastic staff who are very kind and personable. They are also extremely honest, take their time to answer all questions, and make sure you understand your options and situation. For example, I thought I needed Braces again, but was told it was unnecessary unless I wanted to get them again and that I had lovely teeth! They didn't try to upsell and convince me that I needed braces again, they only suggested a custom made night guard so I don't continue to damage my teeth while grinding them in my sleep (which I know I do).

I really appreciate the energy and honesty at this Office and would recommend them to everyone in the area. Toni is especially awesome, I really appreciate her kindness, empathy, knowledge, professionalism, and sunny demeanour. :)

This Dental Clinic I think is the worst in all of New England, they schedule the appointment you have to wait several weeks, when the day arrives they call to cancel and schedule others several days later, hours before the appointment they make several reminder calls warning you that you will be penalized if you do not show up on time, when the day and time arrives they give you an extensive form of questions to fill out, you complete it and hand it in, you sit in the waiting room, and the agreed time passes and after waiting for more than an hour a representative of the clinic comes out to inform you that the dentist is late and says that it is necessary to schedule another new appointment for another day, that other day comes and the same behavior from the clinic is repeated, the only time I managed to get into the dentist's chair I had to wait too long in the chair, the girl who took the x-rays did not show any type of experience and even hurt my mouth and I could not finish the x-ray work, young girls with no work experience, it was terrible, if a tooth hurts you call and they cannot see you because they do not have a dentist for extractions or prescriptions, you have to go to another clinic to seek services, this dental clinic is a nightmare and a terrible emotional drain.

They should close those facilities and stop playing with people's dignity.
